This webinar provides an overview of violence among females involved with the criminal justice system, trauma-informed and gender responsive services, and a social-ecological model of violence. In addition, it will highlight Beyond Violence, a multi-level intervention for women that uses evidence-based therapeutic strategies to address anger. This intervention also considers the complex interplay between individual, relationship, and the community, as well as societal factors.
